Leighton Fulton Hogan Joint Venture - Sapphire to Woolgoolga Pacific Highway Upgrade
Project Description: Accident-free on the project since commencement in 2011.
Scope: Various lifts carried out, from franna crane work to structures. Assisted in setting up larger mobile cranes, drainage, barriers, cages, night works, and day works. Established labour hire contracts for crawler crane operators and noise wall installations.
Location: Coffs Harbour. Sapphire to Woolgoolga Pacific Highway upgrade.

Coffs Harbour Shed Construction
Project Description: Leightons precast shed being erected with steel trusses.
Scope: Erected precast panels and roof trusses for the completion of an industrial shed.
Location: Coffs Harbour Industrial Drive.

Bonville Pacific Highway Upgrade
Project description: Accident-free work on the Bonville Pacific Highway upgrade.
Scope: Various lifts, panels, civil works, barriers, drainage, franna crane work, noise walls, and
classic Hume archway tunnels.
Location: Bonville, Coffs Harbour.

OHL-York Civil
Project Description: Woolgoolga to Halfway Creek. Accident free.
Scope: Work included various lifts, culvert rotation, civil works, barriers, drainage, and franna crane work. Assisted larger cranes with super T installation, parapets, bridge railing, fence protection, shutters, and formwork.
Location: Woolgoolga to Halfway Creek, Coffs Harbour.

St Hilliers's
Project Description: Coffs Harbour Airport fire station. Accident free.
Scope: Various lifts, modular buildings 17T installation, civil works, wall panelling, roof sheets and installation as well as franna crane work.

Pacific Highway Upgrade - Nambucca Heads to Urunga
Project Description: Upgrades on the Pacific Highway from Nambucca Heads to Urunga.
Scope: Culvert installation, drainage pipes and pits, plank installation, stockpile of super T's, dual lifts, barriers, installation of site compound and logistics management.
Location: Nambucca Heads to Urunga.

Vision Stream and Subcontractors
Project Description: Various NBN, Optus, Telstra tower installations and upgrades to existing towers.
Scope: Various NBN, Optus, and Telstra Tower installations as well as upgrades to existing towers and man box works.
Location: Various regional locations between Coffs Harbour to Grafton.

Fine Form Precast
Project Description: Various industrial sheds, tilt up panels, 12-point lifts, school upgrades, amenities, and precast pits.
Scope: Transportation of precast members. Installation of tilt up panels, noise walls, large pits, precast panels with slew cranes and franna cranes. Upgraded the Coffs Harbour Stadium with the installation and load out of panels, bench seats, and other precast elements.
Location: Various regional locations between Port Macquarie to Grafton.

Leighton's / CPB Precast Facility
Project description: Various precast items, lifting of trapezoidal planks, dual lifts, gantry crane repairs, and parapets.
Scope: General craneage requirements. Transportation of precast members, both flat top loads and extendable loads. Supply of a 300T crawler crane and crew. Lifting of trapezoidal planks and transportation to the M5.
Location: Various regional locations between Sydney to Brisbane.

Pacific Highway Upgrade - Oxley to Kundabung
Project Description: Pacific Highway upgrades on the Kundabung to Oxley highway at Port Macquarie.
Scope: Logistics management. Supply of cranes and trucks for the relocation of 900 concrete jersey barriers from Woolgoolga to the Kempsey stockpile location. Installation of barriers for the project, night shifts, and the installation of precast culverts.
Location: Port Macquarie.

Grafton Jail/Correctional Centre
Project Description: Installation of precast elements.
Scope: Installation of precast panels, propping, the supply of riggers and cranes for unload, tailing, and installation.
Location: Lavadia/southeast Grafton.

CPB Sections 7, 8 and 9
Project Description: Pacific Highway upgrades from Woolgoolga to Ballina.
Scope: Logistics management. The transport of iron man barriers out of Sydney to Woodburn. The supply of cranes and trucks for the installation of barriers. Installation of barriers for the project. Night and day shifts. The rotation and installation of precast culverts, wing walls,
headwalls, and pipes pits. The load out and erection of batch plant.
Location: Devils Pulpit to Broadwater.

Section 10 and 11
Project Description: Pacific Highway upgrades from Woolgoolga to Ballina.
Scope: Logistics management of barriers from Oxley to Wardell, batch plant erection, iron man barriers, precast barrier installation with slew cranes, installation of precast culverts and wing walls.
Location: Broadwater to Ballina.

Richmond River Bridge
Project Description: Pacific Highway upgrades Woolgoolga to Ballina.
Scope: Logistics management. The supply of slew cranes and trucks for compound installation. The supply of crawler crane operators for 80T and 300T crawler cranes. The supply of slew cranes for formwork shutters, pile rigs, and other miscellaneous lifts.
Location: Broadwater.

Leighton's/CPB Plant Department
Project Description: Various batch plant and paving elements.
Scope: The transportation of batch and paving elements, using both flat top load trailers and extendable load trailers all around NSW. The dismantling and erection of batch plants over the past 7 years. Loading paving and TC machines onto floats around various projects. Leasing storage land to CBP for paving gear and containers.
Location: Various regional locations between Sydney to Brisbane.

Transgrid Power Pole Upgrade – Zinfra
Project Description: Power pole upgrade from timber to precast poles.
Scope: Logistics management. The supply of two cranes to dual lift poles to peg. Installation of poles using various sized slew cranes. Works in substations. Hiab crane work.
Location: Karangi to Koolkhan, Glenn Innes Wind Farms, White Rocks, and Sapphire.

Veolia
Project Description: Coffs Harbour Hospital.
Scope: Took delivery of chillers, generators, and other associated plant items. Delivered the
items to site and installed plant items with slew cranes.
Location: Coffs Harbour.

Rally Australia
Project Description: Building the super stage and the event track for Rally Australia.
Scope: For 5 years running, Coffs City Cranes have worked with Rally Australia for the International Rally in Coffs Harbour. Our contributions have involved setting out concrete barriers for the super stage track and setting up commentary rooms and site sheds. Location: Coffs Harbour and surrounding forestry areas.

W2b 7,8, and 9 Installation and Rotation of Boxed Culverts
Project Description: Unloaded, rotated, and installed precast culverts and wing walls for McFadyen's Pipelines Construction.

M5 Westconnex Toll Logistics
Project Description: Transportation of planks to the M5 Westconnex toll.
Scope: Organised and engaged subcontractors for the transportation of precast items using flat top and extendable trailers.

Coffs Harbour Breakwall Upgrade – Haslins
Project Description: Widening and strengthening the Coffs Harbour Northern Breakwall.
Scope: Supply of crane crew to operate a crawler crane and the installation of 12T precast blocks.
